This project entails completion of on-settlement and off-settlement activities. For on-settlement works, the piped distribution system will be upgraded and expanded to provide potable water and fire protection flows to the core community and 96 future dwellings (8-year planned future lots development). Once completed, future community growth beyond the 8-years will have ability to further extend the distribution system with fire flows. Additionally, the at-ground reservoir capacity will be expanded, and identified critical interim repairs to the existing water treatment plant (WTP) completed to maintain its functionality while the project is implemented.
