Description

The Ontario Federation of Snowmobiles Clubs (OFSC) is exploring an opportunity to secure legal counsel for the purpose of reviewing Land Use Agreements to recommend risk transfer solutions and negotiate terms and conditions of land use for our members. The agreements must be in line with our Risk Management model and insurance obligations. Prospective firms should be experienced with negotiating agreements and familiar with the Occupiers Liability Act (1990). Landowners will range in profile from municipalities, counties, specialized landowners, corporations, railroad service companies, etc. All interested parties are recommended to review the RFP and submit proposals to the specified contact.
