Description

The selected consultant(s) will work with OFSC senior management to implement revisions to the federation’s organizational structure. More specifically establishing twelve (12) new district corporations from the existing sixteen (16), complying with all legal and financial requirements, merging existing corporations and club assets as appropriate, establishing an infrastructure of pre-determined standardized governance and operating policies and procedures across the province.
