Description

This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for the upgrade of the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Hospital facility site located at 700 Gordon Street, Whitby.

1.1Objectives
Ontario Shores is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP:
(a)acquire and install a high quality replacement BAS, at the best overall value, to enable the facility to benefit from upgraded technology, functionality, and features, with flexibility and adaptability for future needs
(b)implement replacement infrastructure efficiently while maintaining operations of the existing BAS, retaining an inventory of spare parts for the facility as portions are upgraded;
(c)establish and cultivate a strong working relationship with a Services provider to support the facility’s requirements before, during and after the BAS implementation
