1.1Services
This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for the Maintenance of the Electronic Security and Monitoring System.
1.2Objectives
Ontario Shores is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP:
(a)obtain a Services Provider to assume the responsibility for (1) system additions and (2) maintenance (service, licensing and support) of the electronic security and monitoring systems.
(b)obtain quality Services at best overall value; and
(c)enhance customer satisfaction and improvements in Services.
