Description

The Agreement will be signed on or around November 2017, and no obligation on the part of the Hospital shall arise until such time as the Agreement is signed (provided that the terms of the RFQ shall apply between the Hospital and each compliant Proponent). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years with an option in favour of the Hospital to extend the term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year term.
