Description

This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for the development of a custom 5-year roadmap that will enable Ontario Shores to advance a successful and productive program in applied advanced analytics and population health approaches in mental health care. This proposal should build on the achievements of the 2012 Data Integration Plan, be aligned with the Ontario Shores IS/IT strategic plan and should identify the needed investments, resources, approaches and a tactical plan to ensure an aligned decision support strategy to support the desired achievements in analytics and population health
