This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Snow Plowing and De-Icing in Thunder Bay, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The purpose of this RFQ is to collect information and quotes relating to snow plowing and de-icing services, including but not limited to the tools, labour, materials, transportation, equipment, and products required for general maintenance services as detailed within the RFQ.

Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.
