Description

McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of Commercial Real Estate Services for the lease of 25,999 sq ft of space within MIP, McMaster Innovation Park, a McMaster-owned property located at 190 Longwood S, Hamilton, Ontario. McMaster University is also seeking the services of a qualified commercial real estate broker or equivalent to sublease 33,955 ft of space, consisting of 3 floors, within 1 James North, Hamilton, ON, L8R 2K3, a McMaster-leased property, owned by First Real Properties Limited. The term of this agreement with the successful broker/bidder is one (1) year for the initial term plus up to four (4) additional six (6) month terms, and is renewable, at McMaster’s sole discretion, upon the contract anniversary date. The anticipated start date of the contact is June 2025.

All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification.

Proposals must be submitted through McMaster University’s online Bonfire portal at:

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

Proposals must be uploaded and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFP Timetable.

Proponents will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number upon finalizing their submissions.
