Description of Procurement
This Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications to Establish a Standing Arrangement (RFSA) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing emergency contracting services when hazardous materials are present and when they are not present, as further described in Appendix B – Deliverables.
The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, provided in Appendix E.

The Minimum Passing Score is 39 Points out of 65 for Stage 2.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years.
