To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend an optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
Optional Site Visit Date: January 14, 2026 at 10:30 AM EST
Site Visit Registration date: On or before January 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST
To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately 1.5 hours in length.
Site Visit shall be on the University Campus, in downtown Toronto.
Please meet us at the lobby of 50 Carlton Street, Toronto, M5B 1J2 (MAC Building) in order to sign in with the University’s Procurement Representative.

The University reserves the right to make additional Site Visits available to potential Proponents, at the University’s sole discretion. These Site Visits, if offered, shall be communicated via future addendum.
