The University of Waterloo (UW) intends to award a single source contract to High Q Technologies Inc. of Waterloo, ON Canada for the purchase of a He-3 Custom Cryostat and a Closed Cycle Flow Cryostat. The two unique cryostat devices are custom designed and wired to enable in-house developed superconducting electronics, quantum measurement systems, studies of mesoscopic spin systems and unique geometries.
