Description:
York is inviting Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply, delivery, and installation of an FPA-micro FTIR unit (or equipment with comparable capabilities).

The system is to identify polymer composition, plastic size, particle geometrical characteristics down to particle sizes of 10 microns. The system will be used to identify MPs in a variety of matrices that are collected either from the environment or are spiked (or lab produced) samples. The use of this system includes (but is not limited to) biological samples, wastewater samples, freshwater and marine water samples, and sediment samples. The system must accompany software used for identification of particle topography and plastic polymers, built into the price.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
