Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified Canadian Tier 1 Telecommunication Carrier vendors with direct ownership of their underlying voice and data infrastructure to submit Proposals for a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) supplier that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
