Description

McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Civil Contractor Services for Sewers and Watermains and wishing to be a qualified Civil Contracting Firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record – Civil Contractors – Sewers & Watermains (VOR-CC-SW) for Construction value of up to $5 million. Successful proponents will be provided opportunities to bid on projects for McMaster University over the term identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) or until the RFSQ is cancelled by McMaster University.
For the purpose of this RFSQ, "Proponent" includes potential proponents, namely vendors who wish to be consider for the VOR-CC-SW. “Owner” refers to McMaster University

All Proponents must have obtained the RFSQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFSQ from MERX®. will result in disqualification.

Proposals must be submitted through McMaster University’s online Bonfire portal at:

https://mcmaster.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted. Minimum system requirements are Internet Explorer 8/9/10+, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. JavaScript must be enabled. Proponents should contact Bonfire at Support@GoBonfire.com for technical questions related to submissions or visit Bonfire’s help forum at https://bonfirehub.zendesk.com/hc.
Proposals must be uploaded and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFSQ Timetable.
Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on file size and internet connection speed. It is strongly recommended that proponents allow sufficient time of at least one (1) hour before the Submission Deadline to upload documents and finalize their submissions.
Proponents will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number upon finalizing their submissions.
Submission materials should be prepared in the file formats listed under Requested Information for this opportunity in the Bonfire portal.
The maximum upload file size is 1000 MB.
Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files will not be accessible or evaluated.
