Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions indicating their organization's capability to provision and install/integrate a Virtual Production Wall for The Creative School.
The University intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement, provided in Appendix E.

Mandatory Submission Requirements

File #1 - Proposal Acknowledgement Form - Pass/Fail

The Minimum Passing Score is 42 Points out of 60 for Stage 2.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is approximately four (4) months, or completion of project, whichever is longer followed by the warranty period.

o gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend the optional site tour, scheduled for the following date:
Optional Site visit Date: August 20, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT
Optional Site Visit Registration date: On or before August 19, 2025, 4:00 PM EDT

To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Site visit shall be on the University Campus downtown Toronto.
Please meet us at the lobby at 122 Bond St. in order to sign in with TMU Procurement Representative.
