Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for WaterFEL Optical Chambers (the four optical chambers that house the mirrors which form the Far-IR (FIR) and Mid-IR (MIR) FEL oscillator cavities, and outcouple the FEL light through Brewster angle diamond window assemblies in two of the chambers) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one Respondent that meet or exceed the Requirements identified in this RFP.

We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
