Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal is for prospective Proponents to submit Proposals indicating their organization’s capability to provide strategic counsel and guidance on media relations, outreach, and to support knowledge mobilization for key projects, reports and events for Toronto Metropolitan University’s Diversity Institute, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables. The University intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement provided in Appendix E
The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is 3 years, plus two optional renewal periods of 1 year each, in the discretion of the University.
