Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) advisory consultant for the 202 Jarvis Development Project.

Ryerson intends to execute Professional Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

The procurement may involve negotiation. 

An electronic auction is not anticipated. 

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca  on or before June 30, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Conditions for Participation

3. Presentation Requirements

• The Main IPD Advisor identified in File #4 must attend the Presentation. In the event that the Main IPD Advisor does not attend the Presentation, the Proponent will be disqualified.
