Description of Procurement

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for providing Pest Control and K-9 Services for Toronto Metropolitan University on and off campus locations, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables.
The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is 3 years, plus two optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of the University.
