To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, All Proponents are requested to attend the following optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
Optional Site Visit Date: Thursday June 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT
Proponents, please meet at the ground floor lobby of 285 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario in order to sign in with the University’s Procurement Representative.
Site Visit Registration date: On or before June 25, 2025, 4:00PM EDT
To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately 2 hours in length.

The University reserves the right to make additional Site Visits available to potential Proponents, at the University’s sole discretion. These Site Visits, if offered, shall be communicated via future addendum.
