2017-044-DG - Prime Consultant Services For 110 Bond Street – Innovation Incubator Hub

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to Prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal for Prime Consultant Services required for Ryerson University’s (Ryerson) 110 Bond Street SIF Project as further described in Section 2 – Required Services and Appendix ‘C’ – Scope of Services.
The objective of this RFP is to select to select an Architect as Prime Consultant with whom Ryerson intends to enter into negotiations, if applicable, and ultimately enter into an Agreement or Agreements for provision of the Deliverables (potentially in the form of the Ontario Association of Architects Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services, Document 600, 2013 including Ryerson’s Supplementary Conditions attached hereto) as Appendix ‘E’ - Agreement.
 
Ryerson wishes to work collaboratively with the Successful Proponent in the developing the design and delivering the project. Ryerson will not be seeking, and therefore not evaluating, specific designs and plans for the Project as part of the selection under this RFP.
