Notice of Intended Procurement

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Wilfrid Laurier University to prospective
respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Wireless Devices for Residence Network, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this RFQ is the one-time purchase of the specified Xirrus wireless Access Points (APs) and one-year premium hardware and software support. This technology was selected in a previous competitive process, RFP WLU015-004 in June 2015. All hardware/equipment should be delivered to the University by July 24, 2018. Licenses, warranties and support for this purchase must be valid and available for use on Canadian soil.

The estimated maximum budget for this project is $175,000 CAD including hardware & licences. F.O.B. is Wilfrid Laurier University, delivered.
