Project description
Cleaning out the inside of gutters/eavestroughs and downspouts and remove all moss on roofs of buildings according to the list above.
Service Level and Quality
* Contractor will ensure that all gutters are secured properly to townhouses and are aligned at the correct slope to carry away water.
* The contractor will be responsible for properly maintaining the work site, for storing materials in a safe and secure manner.
* Contractor will be responsible for removing and disposal of any and all debris generated by the work performed upon completion, and for cleaning the site to a pre-work condition.
* Photos before and after.
* Contractors must provide copies of proper liability insurance and WCB coverage.
*All onsite visits are welcome with proper safety equipment and pre-approval of Pacifica.

Pacifica Housing is not obligated to award business based on the results of this Request for Quotation(RFQ). Information contained in this RFQ is confidential and proprietary to Pacifica Housing and will not be shared with any other Contractors. Information contained in this RFQ shall not be disclosed to third parties or viewed by persons not actively working on or responding on the behalf of the Contractor. All expenses for Contractor's participation including document preparation, communications, demonstrations, and possible travel are entirely the responsibility of the Contractor and will not be chargeable to Pacifica Housing.
