Description

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. has been selected by George Brown College (GBC) as the Construction Manager for The Arbour mass timber project at GBC’s Waterfront Campus on Dockside Drive in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, with Design Development underway and transitioning into Construction Documents. Construction is anticipated to start Spring 2021.
PCL is working with GBC to prequalify a limited number of potential proponents to help manage budgeting and schedule, and respond to an RFP near or at the time PCL will be finalizing a Guaranteed Maximum Price with GBC. GBC and PCL may limit the number of potential proponents that can pass the RFQ evaluation to three proponents who will be committed to completing the procurement process.
