NOTICE TO ARTIST

THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter the: “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No 30007 A public artwork integrated into the south shore entrance to the Jacques Cartier bridge (2025-2026) (hereafter the: “Contract”).

This Contract generally consists in providing in two (2) steps, upon request in 2025-2026, to qualify five (5) finalists in purpose to select the winner to create an artwork integrated into the south shore entrance to the Jacques Cartier bridge.
Appendix-3 Application-Form and Appendix-4 Eligibility-checklist need to be filled

 for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner’s requests for proposals on Merx: $70.00 per request for proposals for downloading the Call of applications Documents including the automatic delivery of addenda by email is in the Owner’s charge.

Procurement strategy: proposal that represents the best overall value.

The submission of a proposal constitutes an assertion that the Consultant has read all Call of applications Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth. To do so, the Consultant shall fill
the Appendix 3 Application-Form and Appendix-4 Eligibility-checklist no later than April 17, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard/Daylight Time by email at: offres@pjcci.ca.

No proposal or part thereof transmitted by fax, mail or any other means will be accepted nor if it is received
after the closing date and time. The time and date of receipt of the proposal will be deemed to be the date and time indicated on the email transmitted to the Owner.

A proposal transmitted before the closing date and time may be withdrawn or replaced before the closing.

The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada’s two (2) official languages.
The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
