330-002 - New Vessel Loading Spouts

The Port of Johnstown is seeking Proposals from qualified parties that would enter into a CCDC - 14 Design Build Contract with the Port to design and construct four new Load-Out Spouts and a new Unloading System. Each Load-Out Spout would be capable of loading all possible Seaway going vessels at the rate of 900 MT/hr/spout with a combined minimum output of 1800 MT/hr. The Unloading System is to be capable of handling self-unloading seaway vessels at the rate of 1,400 MT/hr. The product to be handled is all types of agricultural grains with a predominance of soya beans for the Load-Out spouts.

An introductory meeting and job showing will be held at the Port of Johnstown location on October 22nd, 2019 at 11 AM.
