002 - RFP for Construction Manager - Sherwood Park Manor Long-Term Care Residence

The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for Sherwood Park Manor (“SPM”) to receive proposals from qualified firms to act as Construction Manager (“CM”) for the construction of a new wing at Sherwood Park Manor. The new four-storey wing, of approximately 6,082m2, will accommodate 96 new long-term care beds (“Beds”); a new commercial kitchen; and a new plant facility (the “Project”). The Project, which will also include new site services and landscaping, will be constructed on vacant land at SPM’s existing site located at 1814 County Road 2 East, Brockville, Ontario. The Proposal that achieves the best overall value for SPM will be selected to conclude an Agreement (refer to section 1.4 below) with the SPM.
