PEO is the owner and operator of 40 Sheppard Avenue West and occupies a number of floors (partial ground floor, partial 5th floor, all of the 6th floor, partial 7th floor, and partial 8th floor). The total space that PEO occupies is 42,067sf. The property was purchased in March 2009 and the ground floor was renovated in 2015.

PEO wishes to explore the potential renovation of its existing space, for the reasons described below. The first step in this process is to contract with an Interior Design Consultant.
