This Request for Proposals is an invitation to interested vendors to submit Proposals to OCAD University to host the University’s Annual Convocation ceremony.
OCAD University is looking to secure a multi-year agreement with a service provider of a downtown Toronto venue for our spring convocation ceremonies. During the second week of each June, our organization holds ceremonies for hundreds of graduating students from our degree, diploma and certificate programs. Over 700 students attended our 2 convocation ceremonies in 2019, and nearly 2,000 friends and family members were on hand to celebrate with our students. In addition to the ceremonies, we also invite our students and guests to join us for food and beverages after each of the ceremonies.
