The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "District", invites Proposals for the consulting engineering services for the design, tendering, construction oversight, and post construction documentation for the replacement of sewers, manhole rehabilitation and spot repairs for Magic Lake Estates Sewer Service Area, located on Pender Island.
