NOI Title: CRDM Bridging Agreements 2020-20

Notice is hereby given that the PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY ("PHSA") acting on its own behalf and as agent for the FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, NORTHERN HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY ("Health Authorities") intends to direct award non volume committed contracts to the following suppliers to provide Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management Products for a term of six months.
The contract extensions will be from April 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2020.
