NOTICE OF PLANNED PROCUREMENT Provision of Hearing Aid Services

Procurement Description
WorksafeNB is planning to conduct a procurement process to prequalify and establish a roster of certified clinical hearing service providers to provide hearing aid services to eligible injured workers with occupational noise-induced hearing loss claims, including:
- assess hearing;
- supply and install new hearing aid(s);
- supply and install batteries (60 batteries/Type 312, 100 batteries / Type 10 per year per device); and
- provide ongoing necessary service, warranty and maintenance support to injured workers with hearing aids.
Questions pertaining to this planned procurement must be sent to the Contract Authority named in this NPP. Responses will be posted in Addendum format on NBON
WorkSafeNB reserves the right to cancel this NPP at any point or refrain from issuing a procurement solicitation, or both.
Solicitation documents may be made available in both official languages and may be submitted in either official language of Canada
RELEVANT DATES Although every effort will be made to meet all dates, WorkSafeNB reserves the right to modify any, or all, of the dates at its sole discretion.

Estimated Issue Date Wednesday, June 17th, 2020
Estimated Submission Deadline Friday, July 17th, 2020
All submissions will close 30 calendar days after being issued unless otherwise stated in the solicitation
Distribution of Procurement Documents Solicitation documents will be available on-line through https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca.
When registering on NBON, it is highly recommended that you select the appropriate Commodity Codes and GSINS pertaining to your services to receive notification when related procurements become available.
Location of Submission Submission for this solicitation shall be submitted via Bonfire. The link for submission will be published in the RFSQ document.
