TransGridSolutions staff comprises of HVDC Experts who have hold positions in Manitoba Hydro as Plant Engineers. It takes 10 to 15 years to develop a HVDC SME. At this time several staff are approaching the end of careers. TransGrid solutions can provide engineering support that can minimize further cost of forced outages and loss of revenues while building the knowledge base of the team.
