OLG has awarded Ryse Solutions Ontario Inc. (a division of Emterra Group Inc.) as the Producer Responsibility Organization ‘PRO’ for providing services ensuring OLG’s Producer regulatory obligations, as required by the Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority (‘RPRA’), are met under the Blue Box Regulation. These services include, but are not limited to, arranging, establishing or operating a collection and management system for recycling, promotion and education and reporting.
