Description

The initial contract between BDC and CGI, resulting from a public tender in 2022, covered application development services in Squad mode for a duration of 3 years (declared value: $18M) and ended on June 8, 2025.

This exception aims to extend three active SOWs to ensure service continuity until the award of a new contract, following a public call for tenders currently published. The extensions represent a total addition of $5,738,682.72, broken down as follows:

CNTR0028312 (Matrix): until March 31, 2026 (+$631,079)
CNTR0028325 (Fintech): until March 31, 2026 (+$328,687)
CNTR0028399 (CRM Evolution): until September 30, 2027 (+$4,778,916.72)
