It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the proposal documents have been received before the closing time and date.

Proposals received after 11:00 a.m. local time on June 23, 2020, will be returned unopened.

Before being officially received, the Proposal envelope will be marked by the Town, with the time and the date that the envelope was received in the office.
The terms and conditions of this RFT shall remain firm and open for acceptance up to and including September 23, 2020.
