Description

Scope of Work

The work to be performed under this specification shall include the supply of all necessary professional engineering and design services, all management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials, for the complete replacement of a canvas covered superstructure at the Elm Creek Maintenance Yard.

Project includes but is not limited to:

All necessary building permits,
Provision of sealed, site specific Engineered detailed drawings for new superstructure,
Remove and dispose of existing rolling roof superstructure (trusses and covers) from site. Salvage Aluminum guard rail, leave with Owner.
Supply & install a new commercial grade, wall mount, arched steel truss, fabric covered superstructure, with nominal o/o dimensions of 32 ft x 32 ft., with a minimum interior ceiling height of 23’-3”. (at centre line), above finished floor level.
