Description

Scope: The Selected Bidder will develop and provide to CIHI a roadmap strategy document for modernization of CIHI’s analytical-software toolkit. The strategy document will contain recommendations and supporting rationale for evolving CIHI’s toolkit and staff skillset for the short and long term (e.g. 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years). It will also contain and describe the business benefits to current and future business applications, analytic workflows and data management and governance, the projected costs of implementation and operations, and how this toolkit supports an efficient and optimal overall enterprise architecture.
