Invitation to Proponents
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Instrument Protection Systems (Instrument Guards and ID tape) as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
It is the intent to enter into an Agreement with one or more suppliers for the products outlined in this RFP.
If you are interested in submitting a response, bid documents, which contain product specifications, must be obtained through Biddingo.
