Description

The City of Ottawa is seeking proposal submissions for the design, supply and delivery of shop drawings, installation instructions and other required submittals for fifty-two (52) slide gates for the ROPEC Primary Clarifiers 1 to 12 Inlet Gates Replacement Project, as described in RFP No. 15220-57800-P01.

It is the City’s intent to issue a purchase order for the shop drawings and installation instructions and other required submittals only to the successful proponent of this RFP.

The purchase of the equipment and services for this project will be carried as a cash allowance by the successful bidder(s) of the construction tender for these project(s).

All Proponents are strongly urged to attend the site visit at R.O. Pickard Environmental Centre (ROPEC), 800 Green Creek Drive, in Ottawa, Ontario, on Thursday, 04 February 2021 at 9:00 am.

Please provide an email, to the Contracting Authority at nancy.albert@ottawa.ca, by Tuesday, 02 February 2021 with the names of those who will be attending the site visit. Only those who have confirmed their attendance will be allowed to participate with the site visit.

Bidders must sign it at the security gate and then assemble at the ROPEC Operations Building main entrance of 800 Greens Creek Drive (map attached on Merx).

CSA approved hard hats, safety vest, safety boots and safety glasses must be worn.

The Contracted Services Requirements during COVID-19 document (attached on Merx) must be followed.
