Description

The Request for Prequalification (PRQ) is an invitation by The Governors of the University of Calgary, a corporation continued under the Post-Secondary Learning Act, SA, 2003, C.P-19.5 (the “University of Calgary” or UCalgary) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Deliverables as further described in Appendix A (Specifications).

The intention of this PRQ is to prequalify 1 to 4 firms as Data and Communication Cabling Contractors. As required the University reserves the absolute right to prequalify additional firms at any time if it is in the best interests of the University to do so. The PRQ will be awarded to proponents who submit a proposal which, in the sole opinion of the University, represents the best overall value. Successful Proponents in this process will be placed on the ‘Preferred Suppliers List’ for Data Cabling.
