Description

Through the issuance of this RFP, the Purchaser is seeking Proposals to prequalify up to a maximum of three (3) experienced and qualified firms to provide civil consulting services for various projects on our Main Campus in South Windsor, Chatham Campus in Chatham, or Downtown Windsor Campus in Windsor. On an as-required and when-required basis, the Purchaser will secure the assistance of the Prequalified Proponents to provide civil consulting services. The Prequalified Proponents will be eligible to participate in a second stage invitational competitive procurement process for Services related to several projects being planned over the next two years. Details are provided herein.
