This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Snow Clearing, Removal, and Ice Control Services for Concordia Hospital as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
Concordia Hospital, including Concordia Place, is seeking one (1) supplier to provide snow clearing, removal, and ice control services of parking lots and roadways and one (1) supplier to provide snow clearing, ice control, and litter services of sidewalks.
Proponents can provide a proposal for either parking lots & roadways OR sidewalks, proponents can also provide a proposal for both.
Services are expected to start for the 2021/2022 snow season. The term of the agreement will be three (3) years plus a two (2) year optional term.
