21-1741-001 - Canadian Museum for Human Rights – Green Roof Remediation

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights seeks qualified contractor services for the remediation and revegetation of the Museum’s green roofs. The Green Roof Remediation project scope includes: the supply and placement of new topsoil and crushed stone, the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, as well as seeding and all work incidental to the successful long-term establishment of native prairie vegetation on the roofs. The successful bidder shall have demonstrated experience in work of similar scope and scale including works that include green roof revegetation, native prairie seeding and establishment, as well as erosion and sediment control. A mandatory site investigation is scheduled for April 27, 2021; bidders are instructed to contact the Contract Administrator to confirm their attendance.
