DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

As part of uOttawa’s current IT Security Roadmap (2020-2023) and our Administrative Modernization Program, uOttawa has initiated an Identity & Access Management (“IAM”) project. The goal of this project is to provide its students, employees, consultants, partners, and prospective students a consistent and easy way to access uOttawa’s digital systems. uOttawa’s objective is to refresh and modernize its IAM platform with the following three (3) components:

A User Directory to consolidate all user and their account data for uOttawa, as well as to act as a source of truth for any downstream directory systems (e.g: Active Directory, Azure AD);
An Identity Governance and Administration (“IGA”) solution; and
Some components of an Identity and Access Management solution.

The University intends to award a contract of 5 year initial term starting at Go-Live of solution plus an additional 5 year term upon mutual agreement of the parties through this RFP process.
