Manitoba requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following services for the ERP Modernization Program (“Program”):
• Program management services
• Procurement and contract negotiation services for other services needed for the program
• Organizational Change Management services
The Program Management Services team will only be responsible for the planning, governance, monitoring and controlling and closure/handoff of the ERP modernization Program. It is not responsible for the actual implementation of the technology or the realization of benefits/outcomes; the responsibilities of which lie with the systems integrator and the Government of Manitoba Departments respectively. However, the Program Management Services team will be measured for the quality of inputs and services provided.
