Description

162420001 – Clinical Reports Mail Machine System
Public Health Ontario (PHO) requires one (1) legal entity to supply, deliver and maintain a postage machine, folder / inserter and accessories (clinical reports mail machine system) for PHO’s Toronto Laboratory mailroom at 661 University Avenue as required.
The Term of the Agreement will be for two (2) firm years plus three (3) additional one (1) year option extensions.
All proposed equipment will be rented and must be new. Used or refurbished equipment will not be considered. To ensure availability of parts and service throughout the term of the contract, the proposed mail machine equipment shall have a minimum life span of five (5) years effective the start of the contract.
