Description

Tenders are invited from experienced and qualified Contractors for the renovation of the central offices of the City of Delta (Delta) Works Yard Facility (Facility) at 8100 Nordel Way in Delta, BC as per the attached.

The work generally includes the removal, repair, and installation of walls, ceiling boards, carpet flooring and update mechanical, electrical and communication systems.

A site visit will be held at 9:00 AM October 21, 2020, 8100 Nordel Way, North Delta. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory however, this is your only opportunity for you and your subcontractors to view the site and discuss the project with Delta staff. Interested parties are strongly advised to attend the meeting.
