Description

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the "District") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Ford Road and Drinkwater Road Intersection and Road Improvements.

The District of North Cowichan requires the services of a Prime Consultant for the detailed engineering design, construction documentation, tendering services and contract administration for the intersection of Ford Road and Drinkwater Road, including associated road works and utility design for the proposed RCMP Detachment at the northwest corner of Ford and Drinkwater Roads.
