Description

1) This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2) The City of Calgary requires the supply and delivery of cab forward articulating tractors (“Units”) for use in various year-round maintenance applications such as on pathways, sidewalks, plazas, greenspaces and sports fields.
3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4) Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Deliverables are included in three (3) schedules. The City intends to enter into up to three (3) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
